| The Company  Located about 30 km to the south-east of Stuttgart and on the brink of the
Swabian Alb, our company in Grabenstetten is equipped with modern machinery and facilities.
An area of more than 1200 square meters provides us with sufficient space for any kind of
task.
For the 1400 Glasflügel gliders around the
world we carry out all kinds of repair work and maintenance and supply all required spare
parts. Needless to say, that we check and repair all other gliders and motor gliders too
in a professional way.
An experienced team of qualified experts
applies special care in carrying out fine finishing and shaping. We offer a
variety of turbulators and masking tapes in order to improve tail unit and wing
aerodynamics. Flight control gap sealings developed by our team as well as the so-called
Streifeneder-finish have become well-known in the gliding world - but also an obligation
for us.
Our CNC portal milling machine enables us to
manufacture high precision form parts and master models made of synthetic material or
aluminium. This technology facilitates a cost-efficient and time-saving producing of best
quality molds for gliders, motor gliders, wind tunnel, plane and ship models, bodywork
etc. Thus, new possibilities were opened up by us to the construction of gliders as well
and are used by almost all glider manufactures for many years. |
